In case, rider has linked his credit card, the amount will be automatically transferred to driver account on the app. Drivers can view their trip fare in earnings tab. Remember, Rider Fare and Partner Fare may vary in specific cases.
Do not ask a rider for cash payment of trip fare, if you are on a non-cash trip. Trip fare, including toll charges (if any) will be noted and paid out in the weekly payment cycle.
Your trip will end as soon as you arrive at rider's destination. Swipe End Trip when your vehicle comes to a complete stop. SwiftRyde app will prompt you to rate this trip experience.
Stop your vehicle as close to the destination address as possible.
Although all riders tend to enter an exact destination address into the app, however, better to confirm with your rider where they'd like to stop or park your vehicle. It is also a good practice to ask the rider for nearby stop options if a road closure or any other barrier makes it difficult to reach the exact destination address.
